Milgo hardware does everything possible to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products and service. Our authentication process ensures that the products delivered to you are of the highest quality. It’s the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the delivery to confirm the product ordered is correct and in good condition. We may however provide a product replacement based on the below conditions only: 

  • The Product received is defective.
  • The Product received is not the one ordered
  • The Product received is past its expiry date.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above, you can return the product for an exchange subject to the below conditions: –

  • Items MUST be returned in their original packaging untampered and in an unused state.
  • Valid original receipt which was contained inside your package must be availed.
  • Items should be returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase

If the product to be returned does not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to offer an exchange.

Also, we will not be able to accept your return if: –

  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake

How to Request for a Return
To request for a return, simply email us your order details, including the reason you’re requesting for
a return or call us between 9.00am and 6pm any day of the week.
